- CHC Builders is a design | build company offering general contracting, design and construction services for residential and commercial projects. We specialize in custom work for Class A offices, medical practice, technology, industria, retail and restaurants. We also provide turn-key services for residential remodels including attic & basement build-outs, kitchen & bath remodels, additions, garage construction, and remediation construction. Some of our customers include: Hilton Hotels, ConAgra Foods, Lenovo Group, Stars Theater in Fuquay and many quality home projects around the Triangle.

- My name is Dan Schaefer, I moved to Holly Springs in 2011 with my wife and daughter from Phoenix, Arizona. I operated a residential and commercial remodeling company in Arizona for 8 years, a Product Manager for a national foods company for 8 years, and an Art Director for an advertising company for 6 years. I have a Commercial Design Degree from Michigan State University, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

- I encourage you to review the 'Groups' page and join the "Business Networking In" Group for your town. This is a great networking opportunity to reach out, meet, and connect with others in the group. There may be other groups that interest you as well that you might like to join.
- Also, make sure you’re showing up on our new Business Directory (the key is to make sure the category name used in the Directory is in the "About my Business" field on your Profile (click "Settings" to the right).
- Be sure to keep an eye on the Events Calendar. This is where you’ll find a listing of local networking events or training sessions that other members have posted.
