- Artist Christopher Terrell has established the world’s first and only one of its kind, Obama Art Museum LLC right here
in Raleigh, North Carolina. It is his goal for people, young and old, to always have a time and piece in history that
truly shows our unity and how far we’ve come as a nation and human race, that will be around forever like great art. It
is his vision that the Obama Art Museum LLC will continue in the tradition of great museums by providing a venue for
art to be displayed that tells amazing stories of our past, present, and future-all through the artists’ paintbrush, as
well as provide a place for people to come together and make change happen.
The museum is slated to be a symbol of American hope and future growth. There will be a monthly display of featured
art from artists all over the world based on or about the man behind the inspiration, President Barack Obama and his
historic vote into office. The museum will provide a setting for schools in the community and visitors from all over who
have come to our great city of Raleigh to seek out, learn, and marvel in the art as well participate in other events that
will be a part of the day to day experience that is Obama Art Museum LLC. The museum will also serve as a
backdrop for social and community events. It is also his hope that children will have a place to come and experience
art and learn how to express themselves through the arts. Obama Art Museum LLC will bring people to our area and
it will be a time capsule in American history.
