About my Business:
We are a Raleigh North Carolina based professional climbing guiding service, as well as a team building and leadership development company. In order to insure that all of our clients' climbing goals are accomplished, we offer a schedule of climbing trips and climbing classes locally, nationally, and internationally, as well as private guiding and instruction. We offer climbing programs that range from beginner to advanced, and all gear and equipment is provided. Climbing services are provided year round.

Our adventure based team building and leadership development programs for businesses are fully customizable to meet every business' needs, conducted in the business' area of choice and available in all regions of the country. We strive to make each team building and leadership development program unique, adventurous, and impactful for everyone that participates.
About Me:
I am the owner of Ascent Adventure Consultants LLC. I have a degree in Organizational Communication and Outdoor Leadership from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, and have 7+ years of experience in professionally guiding outdoor adventure courses and facilitating teambuilding and training courses across the country.
My Ideal Customer is:
For Outdoor Adventures:

This person loves risk taking and loves trying new and exciting things. They love to be the trend setters, and not
the person following the crowd. When in a group of people, you can tell who they are because they attract people to themselves with their charisma. This person is committed to their job and
always seeking to get ahead and succeed, yet at the same time they highly emphasize a work- life balance. Their idea of personal time consists in doing something that challenges yet refreshes them, usually found in doing something new, adventurous, andor risk taking. Their problem is
that they don't have the resources, experience, or knowledge to embark on the adventures and activities that they desire to do. With the increase in popularity of outdoor adventures, such as
rock climbing and mountaineering, these people have an even stronger desire to get out and try it for themselves. They have difficulty finding a company in the Raleigh area who will guide them on a rock climbing adventure, or mountaineering adventure, of their choosing.

For Businesses:

Our ideal business prospect is a business that is highly sales oriented. They are a younger company with a younger executive team. Their products and services they offer are known to be
new and innovative and they are very customer service oriented as well. The culture of the company is energetic; the employees have been hired because of their energy and creativity. They
are typically located in metropolitan areas. One thing that this client lacks is a tightly knit trust based culture among its employees. Everyone is very self oriented and struggles with taking time to build new relationships that aren't purely work based. My ideal client is looking for a newer, dynamic, experiential, and creative way to train their employees and provide a new way to escape from the normal routine of business and be rejuvenated. Typically this client prefers to communicate electronically, and they like to make decisions quickly rather than experience a long drawn out process.
My Ideal Referral Partner is:
Outdoor adventure enthusiasts and business executives

249 City Rd, Clayton, NC‎ - The trails are behind the baseball diamond. Unless someone told you about them you would not now they were there. In total the entire loop is around 8 miles long. The trails are really well taken care of and features alot of skill testing ramps and bridges. You will have a blast. I normally see maybe one or two riders in total out there.

HI nice to meet you Brandon, I see you are a bit of a traveler as well. We are getting comfortable here in NC after nearly four years in New Zealand. I did not do to much hiking, more mountain biking though. I have been riding out in legend park in Clayton not sure if you have been out there before, but pretty its a pretty nice track

Hey Brandon!
I have a 12:30 lunch appt at South Point mall in Durham, so we can do 11:30 if it's around the mall. Otherwise, I'll need an earlier time like 10:30 or 11:00. Which option works best for you?
