- I began The Bill Marlow Show as a way to talk about subjects related to management, business, leadership, and personal achievement. I want people to be able to get a feel for my style and how I approach business challenges to enhance my position as a business coach. My show airs live on Wednesdays at 10am EST and can be accessed at www.thebillmarlowshow.com.
The severe lack of experienced, well trained managers and business owners is the very reason my show exists. I intend to bridge the gap. Many times managers have not had the benefit of proper training. Many times a business owner cannot find the time to train or possibly does not know how to do it themselves. The ability to own a business does guarantee that a person can manage it well.
This is where I come in. Throughout the past 20+ years I have been exposed to a great many scenarios that business owners and managers face every day. I know the challenges because I have faced them myself. I have lived through dealing with staffing problems, production quotas, facility needs, marketing challenges, customer service issues and the list goes on.
One of my strengths has always been the ability to assess a situation and develop a strategy to create momentum to move things forward. I can be your fresh set of eyes. I sincerely believe that I can provide a perspective to your business that will move it in a positive direction. My expertise is not free of charge but then nothing of any real value ever is. Hey Bill, just wanted to get you the latest update on the Membership Transition of Inside919.
The free Member option is simply not going to work out - with it I have no way to determine who is interested in being an active member and who is simply not checking their email or these comments.
Not requiring some sort of decision leaves us with the same problem I'm trying to resolve. I am sorry for any confusion I've caused.
