About my Business:
I am an agent with New York Life and [running wildly with excitement] I LOVE IT! With a primary goal to secure a rewarding position in Marketing or Training and Development, I joined New York Life as an Agent. I researched different industries very closely and new after learning more about New York Life that the company would be great for me. Here's why: they truly have a passion for their people! Tons of legitimate training and very oriented toward employee retention. This translates to a happy and healthy client base. Ultimately this helps to drive the fantastic ratings the company has earned from agencies like Standard & Poor's.
About Me:
I am a native North Carolinian, raised in the Raleigh/Durham area therefore I have a strong connection to my community and friends. My Mother and I also have a strong connection. We are so much alike, shsshshssh don't tell her I admitted that, and she is married to my long-time Step-Father, Ronnie and he has two daughters Rhonda and Kim (they are both grown with their own families).

In 2000 I decided to be a big girl and moved to Charlotte for a couple years. During that time I obtained my BSBA from UNC-Charlotte in Business Administration and I recently completed my MMBA studies and I am proud to say I completed all of the coursework with a 4.0! Now my focus is to achieve the designations necessary to be a super star at New York Life.

I am recently married to a FABULOUS man, Rick Green. Rick has two children, Melanie (16) and Dylan (11). They are the neatest most awesome kids and I can't wait to "torture" them for the rest of our lives. What a special treat! Rick and I share a cute little home in Cary where we have two dogs, Bernie and Titan. Titan is my sweet (some would beg to differ on the sweet part) 11 yr. old Akita. Bernie is the most loving little sweetie that I found on the side of the road in New Bern. She has brought much love and comfort to Titan and many laughs and sweet hugs to the family.

For fun, I enjoy working my Mary Kay business. It all started with me getting my skin care products at 50% off but I do manage to help other ladies with their skin care needs. I also enjoy cooking and making up recipes and trying them out on Rick. He is a patient taste tester. It's quite interesting sometimes!

I truly love spending time at the beach and I also enjoy kayaking and hiking but I don't get to do it very often. In December of 2008 I decided that I wanted to make myself a runner. This desire came out of a little jealousy of my fabulous friends that have had great success running plus the desire to become more physically fit. It is extremely important to me that I am healthy when Rick and I are older so we can enjoy our life together. I would really be dissapointed if I knew I slowed us down and I could have prevented it. I finished my first race in early March, the St. Patrick's Day 8K Run.

So, that is me in a nutshell!
My Ideal Customer is:
Someone passionate about their livelihood and future. Someone willing to be open and work with me as a partner in securing their future.
My Ideal Referral Partner is:
Someone with strong values regarding relationship management. My relationships are the most important part of my life.

Hey Beth! I am glad you enjoyed the funny/goofy video at http://www.forfreeandforfun.com ! :-) Ya' know, it took me one night over dinner to convince my kids to do that silly video and it took me three weeks to talk my wife into doing it. It was truly fun to do.

Talk with you soon,
If I can help you with anything please don't hesitate to call or email.
