Barbara Jo began her telephone music on hold business by helping to build a telecom company from 1987 to 2000. Barbara was V.P of Sales and Marketing and for 16 years she was overseeing business development, PR, marketing, operations, and development of strategic partnerships and reseller programs including NEC Technologies, Inc. The company grew to an income of 2.5 million in sales per year with 10 employees. After the company's aquisition Barbara spent the next 3 years developing client/dealer relationships for her product (Ad-Ventures*) a custom music advertising solution ,with the two-fold idea of targeting business telephone callers which effortlessly encourages new sales for businesses in addition to creating an important "corporate branding" image.
