At INTERIORS by Decorating Den we specialize in ONE thing – YOU! It's our ultimate goal to design spaces that reflect your likes and we pride ourselves on doing everything within YOUR budget. We come to your home, talk with you about your project, and then create a design plan that matches our collaborative design ideas with the perfect product – all created specifically for you and your lifestyle. Everything about us is custom – from initial design ideas all the way through installation, we handle it all – making your life easier – and saving you valuable time. Plus, we always offer our clients an initial complimentary design consultation.

About Me:

Celebrating over 11 years of helping homeowners beautify their homes with top quality home furnishing products, my design philosophy is smart and simple. I believe that each individual should have their own lifestyle showcased in their rooms. I decorate with a personal touch and feel that spaces should not only be beautiful, but functional as well. To that end, I work with each client to create a design plan that reflects their taste and personality.

When I’m not busy helping clients beautify their surroundings, I wholeheartedly believe in giving back to the community. I’ve been an active fundraiser in my company’s support of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Most recently, I participated in breaking the Guinness Book of World Records for the longest chain of human pink ribbons, when our company collectively raised over $100,000 for the foundation. In addition, I am extremely community oriented and proud to be named both Volunteer of the Year for Vance County as well as the Vance County Citizen of the Year. I volunteer for a variety of local organizations, and I am also active in the Durham Chamber of Commerce.

As owner of Interiors by Decorating Den I can provide a wide breath of products from custom designed window treatments to carpeting and area rugs, wall covering, custom furniture, lighting and accessories. I pride myself on working creatively within each client’s budget and lifestyle. In addition, my shop at home service has saved my clients countless hours of endless shopping for just that perfect item.
