Humility

There are things about life we'll never know. I can accept that. As I move through life I am constantly in awe of the motion of energy and the complexity of the universe. Existence in all its wonder is truley inspiring. But I'll probably never get it. So why is this a Good thing. The answer is humility.

If we accept that we will never understand, then we will in turn begin to. It's the focus on the great questions that is of divine importance, not the answers. It's our constant need for absolut… Continue

Allow your Dreams to Evolve.

I believe it's important to dream, but equally important is the evolution of the dream.

A dream is simply an ideal for your future; a star in the sky of possibility placed high above us as a reminder to continually move upward. Life on the other hand is in the here and now. Life has a way of pointing you in the right direction. If you look with open eyes, you will begin to see the signs all around you, so pay attention.

We never can truly grasp the mapping out of our existance. Whether or not… Continue

Discovering You.

Life is the manual for discovering You. This is why we are here. While some may find that coming upon a definition of the self at as early an age as possible will guarantee success, I tend to look in the other direction.

I say, live as long as possible without an utterance of "this is who I am" and just be You. This way you can allow yourself the possibility of only getting better. If you never define yourself, then you'll never allow yourself to be defined. Think of the possibilities.

We live… Continue

Why so Connected?

What is our ingrained fascination and need to connect with one another? Why bother?

It is of course of individual necessity. By reaching out to others in the community we are more likely to have our needs met. And it can be said that as a law of kharma, the more we do for others, the more likely it is that we will do for ourselves. But I believe there is something more.

The energy of the universe is a unifying force. It is the power that resides in all of us. Think of yourself as a drop of wat… Continue

The Choice of Happiness

I follow my heart. More specifically I follow my happiness. In life we have to align our priorities and as we all know the further down the chain we travel, the more likely it is that cuts will be made. It is no secrete that there is only a certain amount of time in the day and let’s face it; we can only do what we can do.

But, what if I decide to place happiness at the top of my list? Now every decision that I make is accountable to my top priority. If every time I am forced to choose a path,… Continue

About my Business:
Mr Good is more than a simple character I've created through pen and ink, he's possibility. Every human being has the potential to live at there utmost and find happiness through purpose.

Mr Good is a living guide to self-discovery. Utilizing colorful media and breathtaking celebrations of life, I hope to challenge the individual to search for true bliss, and maybe, just maybe, bring a little peace to the world.
About Me:
I developed an addiction to laughter in my teen years and decided to embrace it. After studying theatre and dance at East Carolina University, I moved to Chicago where I developed my first one-man show, Imperative Nonsense. I spent the following years of my life creating philosophical comedy that eventually spawned a unique character named Mr Good.

I now study Religion and Philosophy at NC State and have a beautiful wife and baby girl. Suffice it to say, Life is Good.
My Ideal Customer is:
Anyone who is searching for something, but perhaps, doesn't know quite what. They know that there is something divine about there life, but can't put it into perspective.

The audience who is open to finding the happiness that is right in front of them or the person who thinks that spirituality doesn't have to be so complicated.

Anyone who would like to share in experiencing the wonder that is life.
My Ideal Referral Partner is:
I have artistic vision in buckets and a divine enthusiasm that just won't quit, but as far a business and marketing are concerned, I could use a little assistance.

Hey rock star!! There's going to be a book launch next week (Nov. 12) at Artspace in downtown Raleigh. The author is a friend of mine, Dickey Eason. Do you think you might want to come? The event is listed here on Inside919. I think you would enjoy it...plus, I would get to see you in person. :)

How about Thursday Morning? I'm in Apex, you are in Raleigh right? How about near crossroads somewhere? Mimi's Cafe perhaps? Or is there someplace else that would be more convenient?

It's refreshing to hear a business man talk of integrity. You could say that lack of integrity is what got this country in trouble in the first place. I believe it often takes a "crash" to remind us of what's important. Hopefully there are many bu...

Lovely post, Andy. Seems as though we are always wanting to know how, how, how, rather than why. Humility and faith have us sit in the why rather than having to know how. You point to answering questions ourselves and that is where a good coach co...
