I am proud to be an award-winning top Residential Real Estate Broker with RE/MAX United for the past 20 years.
Since my family moved from Massachusetts to Texas to Massachusetts to North Carolina, I was indoctrinated into real estate at a young age. At 17 I started as a weekend receptionist at a real estate office. I worked as an administrative assistant while going to college and had a unique opportunity to mentor under an experienced agent. I got my real estate license at 19 and have enjoyed working as a Realtor for a long time.
Clients say they use me because they know I am very straight-forward and honest with what I think and they appreciate not feeling like I am "selling" them. I consider myself more of a consultant rather than a salesperson because my priority is to service my clients and protect their best interests.
I have a wide area that I service including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Carrboro, Holly Springs, Hillsborough, and Apex. Many agents say they work the whole Triangle but I can prove it!
I continue to be a top producing agent for ReMax United in Cary. In 2012 I have consistently been a top 3 agent from January through September. I was awarded the top #11 Agent in all of Re/Max Carolinas for January to September 2012. In 2010 and 2011 I was a top 3 agent in my office and was the top Award for "Individual Number of Transactions", and 2nd in the firm for "Individual Top Gross Commissions" for ReMax United Cary in 2009.
A large percentage of my business comes from referrals to friends and family from past clients, repeat clients, and referrals from other agents locally, and throughout the United States.
