Share 'Someone good with computers'
I need to consolidate files (have multiple Outlook data files, multiple folders with similar content etc), fix a network problem, figure out why I can't burn DVDs, transfer mp3s to a Zune without having to keep retyping the file info. I just don't have time to work on all these things myself.
