I have helped numerous families by removing the source(s) of contamination in their homes. Simply by cleaning the HVAC coils, fan blades, drip pans, and air ducts will remove the sources of bad odor and allergy contaminants. Not many people think about this, but I have been in this business for 5 years and have not found a clean system yet.

I believe that, barring serious illness, that wellness can be achieved by three things, (1) a balanced diet with portion control (2) regular exercise and (3) nutritional supplements. My wife and I have a website that talks to that belief. Check it out. www.lightenmyload.net

Hi Everyone,
I'm enjoying being an empowerment coach for highly sensitive people (emotional, empathic, physical and sensory sensitivity.) If you meet anyone who is having trouble and seems highly sensitive, please point them to my website if you think of it. I'm here -- and there are so many people who need support in this area. Thank you!!!

As a massage therapist who is new to the area, I am wondering if any other MTs have had success in approaching Dr.s to get on the bandwagon and refer their clients more to massage rather than perscribing meds. for everything under the sun?

Looking for trading massage / Reiki sessions in 2009
Hello and Happy New Year 2009!
I like to review my commitments for a healthy life early in the year, and for 2009, I would like to continue trading massage sessions (or Reiki). Thus, I am posting this note in this forum.
If you would like to trade with me a massage session or a Reiki session, please contact me via email (see my web site) or via my cellular phone 919-744-8081.

Thank you very much! Say 'Yes!' to massage!

I truely enjoy working in the medical field and I wanted to be able to provide professional quality of care without the headaches of waiting for results and dealing with another doctors office. Not only do I stop the long wait times but patients save time. They save time by getting the follow uo right after the test..Its a great stress reducer too.How can I not want to do this..everyone benefits
