Tonight I went to a Tria meeting (Triangle Realestate Investors Assoc) www.treia.com and the topic was real estate wholesaling. AC Johnson gave a very informative talk and we had lots of questions and audience interaction. This was my second TREIA meeting and it was fantastic. If you are not a member you should consider joining.

Looking for input:
What is the story with Wilson ? The downtown is clean, quiet, has plenty of inexpensive buildings for sale/lease...but the whole area is a ghost town. Seems to me that this is not just due to the current economy.

Anyone have insight about this area. Seems like a good place to get into - I wonder what the back story is.
