I am a ballroom dance instuctor and a fitness instructor as well. You are all invited to try my cardio dance class starting in January 5th, at 7:45 in Garner. I incorporate all styles of dance into a one hour cardio class- swing, salsa, hip hop, cha cha.. you name it! You will work hard but have fun doing it!! Email me if you need more info!

Hi All,
I am so happy to have found a group who really likes to exercise or at least be fit. I am passionate about fitness, healthy living, eating the right foods, taking nutritional supplements, etc. I work out at the fitness center almost every day, and when I don't go there, I do hot yoga. After having eye surgery back in June, I am just now getting back to my former routine. It's amazing how easily you can get out of shape just by taking a few weeks off. I am a senior citizen, so it's not as easy as it used to be. But, I'm determined. Check out our website to see what my husband and I are all about. I also would love for this group to get together sometime. I would be happy to host a mixer at our home if enough folks are interested. Let me hear from you all.

Hi Everyone, its great to see some activity here! I am really excited about getting to know you all better. I am currently working on my personal trainer certification with the National Federation of Personal Trainers. They have a prep course at Durham Tech and its been awesome! Also I am a yoga teacher so if anyone is interested in yoga classes just let me know.

What do you all think about getting together sometime to meet in person? A Fit Entrepeneur social event?

Hey Brian. Great group...I would classify myself as working on fit, but also an entreprenaur (in the technology space). I've been a group exercise instructor since 1993, and currently focus on group cycle/spinning. When not teaching I'm usually finding time to ride outside in the N. Raleigh area

There is nothing my husband & I enjoy more than walking outside and taking nature photographs! It keeps us healthy & grounded - not to mention the photos help keep us in business. What more could you ask :-)

I LOVE WORKING OUT!!! I'm so glad to see a group like this on here. I have been a gym rat since college. I started teaching aerobics in college and taught for the following 13 years at gyms wherever I live. I run 3-5 miles several days a week and lift weights 3 times a week, on a good week. I am always looking for a jogging partner,,,i don't run fast. anyone interested????????????????

Isn't it so easy to fall off of your routine but so incredibly difficult to get it back on track? It's like grades... they're so easy to go from a good grade to a bad grade but so difficult to bring it back up to a good grade.
