Have any agents been asked about the cleanliness of the HVAC system by prospective clients? I can produce a video inspection of the air duct system captured on disk for any property at a very reasonable cost. Anyone can look online at the rooms, landscaping, etc. for homes, but why not incorporate my services of KNOWING what the system looks like. Visit my web page for more information on my services.

Looking for input:
What is the story with Wilson ? The downtown is clean, quiet, has plenty of inexpensive buildings for sale/lease...but the whole area is a ghost town. Seems to me that this is not just due to the current economy.

Anyone have insight about this area. Seems like a good place to get into - I wonder what the back story is.

I have an employee looking for a 3-4 bedroom rental home convenient to Durham. She is planning to move to the area in a few weeks. She has young kids, so good schools are important. Any ideas or listings that you know of?
