I am an owner/operator of Carolina Indoor Environmental and my services include air duct cleaning, deodorizing, sanitizing, and dryer vent cleaning. Ever wonder what is lurking in the air duct system? Now I have a video inspection system that will allow an in depth look at the system and I am offering this service for free! I'm a project manager for SolarTech South in Chapel Hill. I'd like to show property owners how they can get maximum value with a solar installation. The National Appraisers Institute estimates that every dollar saved in a year from a solar install adds back $20 in property value. Using that metric the payback on a PV or Solar Thermal installation is a positive after just a couple of years. It's a solid MONEY MAKER!
