· Account information (bank account, funding information)
· Existing credit card processing information (most recent statement)
· Current terminal model number
2. You can fax in a copy of your current merchant processing statement, along with a completed fax coversheet, to 866-651-2072 or scan and email to, [e-mail]. ONCE the fax is received a Merchant Service Consultant will be in contact with you within 1-2 business days.
