Linking to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter accounts

Where do I find the 'correct addresses' to link my Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts? (you enter them on MyPage) I know it's not a matter of a simple 'copy/paste' of the url of one's profile pages (too long and messy) and it's not email addresses. But I'm quite sure it's something real easy that I just haven't figured out how to do! Thanks for your help.

Here's what I found that can be publicly linked to (since you have to be logged in to see you complete Facebook and LinkedIn profile...while all your Twitter posts are public.)
