We like to thank as many of our customers as we can each year for their loyal patronage.
Besides creating a custom holiday card that includes a discount coupon that we send to most repeat customers, we typically put together a gift basket for our top customers. Each year it is getting more difficult to decide on the best way to say thank you to our customers.
We would like to hear of the best ways you have used to say thank you.

My clients end up being other businesses so my approach is to always work to get them some more business - I say Thank you with Referrals or just great word of mouth whenever possible.
