How do I move data around on my page?

I see that some folks' pages begin with their photo album, for example, but I can't find any way to alter the flow of information on a page. Do the different themes do this, or is there a way to move categories (such as photos or the wall) around using any theme?

Click and drag.. If you go over an edge you will see the pointer become a hand then you can drag it to a new location.
