Help! Seminar Venue in North Raleigh Needed

I am looking for a venue to hold a seminar series in North Raleigh. I expect about 30 people initially although my colleagues that know about the content I plan to present tell me to expect many more than that.

I've never done anything like this before and am at quite a loss.

The hotels around Crabtree Valley Mall also have meeting rooms available of varying sizes. Smaller hotels in the area may have small meeting rooms at lower prices.

I can provide a venue for your seminar series at our Office Suites PLUS (at the Forum I building) location in north Raleigh right in your neck of the wood at Six Forks Road and I-540. We rent furnished offices and have Virtual Office packages as well as rent meeting rooms by the hour or by the day/week.
