There are "sugar printers" out on the market that will do exactly this. Let me see if i can find you a link.

Cathy, would love to know if my suggestion about putting logos on the tops of the cheesecakes works out for you. I could see that taking off for you with social/country clubs, restaurants, sororities, fraternities, etc. Worth checking into if possible. Let me know how it goes.
