Are there any health limitations to doing this? I dived a few times back in the late 80's but have had health issues since....

The first question is are you already certified, if not:
- I had a medical form for my students that is filled out by a physician to OK them for diving.
- I normally is not a strenuous sport if you are well trained and follow the rules.
