The counsel provided really helps; as I think it is essential to get objective opinions and suggestions and most of your examples translate to any business. In my case some supported how I handled those situations encountered and unfortunately in others it confirmed what I already suspected; I could have done a better! The whole point is to make small improvements and do it better each time. Self improvement is an ongoing project just like an education, you can never know to much!
