Event Description

This months Insider's Final Friday Topic:

-= Let's try to shoot for 75 Attendees =-

Final Friday Founder Tim Moore joins us to present "Selling Across the Generations".

The first rule of selling is steadfast: Know Your Customer!

With four distinct generations playing active roles in the buying decisions of companies it is no longer enough to be personable and knowledgeable about your product.

To succeed in today's business climate, you need to approach each buyer with an informed generational perspective - recognizing the underlying biases, values and expectations that pave the way to "yes.”

Take a journey and look inside each generation's core values to identify what forms their buying decisions and how known generational biases and business preferences impact the sales process.

Learn how to effectively engage different sales and marketing techniques to appeal to the unique decision making traits of each generation and achieve success in today's marketplace.

Just wanted to offer a quick "thank you" to everyone that came to this month's inSide919 Final Friday. The support and love I felt from the people in the room at the BNC yesterday was so strong; I can only hope that my message delivered a fraction back in re-payment for your attendence. I appreciate all the kind words offered in person and here on "our" inSide919 page (Thank you Pat for creating this wonderful place) I look forward to seeing each of you again soon! (A special thanks to Martin, Mark, Alex and Ralph for making everything run so smooth on Friday)

Tim- This was the best Final Friday Forum yet! I wish I had a video of each market segment you covered. I really appreciate your insight-it sure hit the mark. But hey, I am a Boomer bordering on Gen X, so you probably cannot trust anything I say:D

Tim, really enjoyed the rich, info-packed presentation. Being a borderline boomer added to my appreciation of all the humor, which had us all as entertained as we were educated. Well done! A HUGE T H A N K Y O U ! ! !
