Holiday Open House/Book-Signing

At 5 p.m. AlexSandra will move to Yarborough's Ice Cream and Restaurant, 132 McIver St., where her husband Michael makes 30-plus flavors of ice cream, including peppermint candy, eggnog, and rum raisin.

Also on Sunday the Temple Theatre is offering $5 off the price of a ticket for the matinee showing of “The 39 Steps” at 2 p.m. with a receipt from one of the participating merchants.
