Maxine empowers youth and adults in transition to leverage their natural abilities to make educational and life choices.
She helps people in 3 ways...
1) Helps assess your innate abilities (Highlands Ability Battery)
2) Customize a program according to your natural strengths and empower you to create and execute your strategic plan for college, career or life.
3) Help students beginning with middle school through adults.

Comment by Maxine P. Phillips on March 15, 2013 at 1:55pm Thank you for the opportunity to share my passion for helping youth and adults in transition to understand the importance of identifying their natural abilities and leveraging their strengths when making life and educational decisions.
I believe SUCCESS comes to those who do two things:
1. identify and articulate their natural abilities, gifts and talents,
2. and place themselves in the right environment to use them.

Comment by Pat Howlett on March 15, 2013 at 8:50am Been looking forward to this for some time.
I will say this... if you have children in Middle School or High School and you want them to position themselves for maximum success in College - you really should meet Maxine.
